ok i have an ef with a b16a i'm having some stutter problems it seems to only do this when it warms up or goes for a good distance drive i've replaced a broken cam cap, v-tec seal, and fuel filter plugs wires the whole basic nine yards of it it seems like air/fuel ratio to me, any info would be much appreciated thanks....

 

ok seriously does anyone know what is causing this, it hasn't sat for any real long amount of time so i'm doubting stuff in the gas tank, but i could be wrong?

Sounds like an o2 sensor issue to me. Are the o2's wired correctly? You could have them backwards. Hell..while you're at it if you already havent done it then replace them also. Honda + obdo = o2 sensor madness.
