curious to know why?? because of the differences of the motor?? I cwas looking at the format of the home page and couldn't find to many similarances besides the difference in the motors?? you can delete thsi post I am jsut curious thats all

It is mainly because the 7th gen and 8th gen use the K series and the newer versions of the j series and there are not as many similarities between them and the previous versions. This has been done for the civic and integra forums so this was an eventuality.
