Default jdm vs usmd engine

i plan on buy a jdm clip. thing is how muhc diff is the jdm type r to a us type r mechanically. because i dont want to get it than be like ok... i need a head gasket that i only can buy overseas..... so jus wondering if be a lot of trouble.. thank

He's making sure that replacement parts are available in America. You should not have any problems getting parts for the JDM ITR motor in America.

I thought the JDM ported V-TECH solenoids needed an adapter to be used on a USDM block?

Headgaskets are for pansies, I just use buttwax. Better compression.

Just look for the cleanest motor on the batch/front clip if you plan on picking it up from a warehouse.

dont worry about it, you can get replacement parts for the jdm motor just as easily as the usdm, i think some people started smoking early today lol, some chain yankin goin on in here. buy it and post pics of it.

hahha we always start early

yea man dont worry , get the jdm motor , everything is interchangable, its a b series so its all the same , cept for piston domes and rod lengths , and a fe other things , but all intergangable , example : headgasket for a stock r motor and a stock gsr = B series headgasket
