I'm searched and can't really get a good straight answer. Will the HF bumper support fit on the DX or SI without modification? I get answers both ways, that it will bolt straight on or that you need more parts. I am getting more and more answers saying that it will bolt on, but I contact a Honda Dealer and one says it won't and another says they aren't sure. What can you guys tell me that is the 100%, undeniable fact?

yes it will work...do you have the 88-89 hf support or the 90-91 because if you have the 90-91 then you have to use the 90-91 bumper

 

Neither. I've got an '88 CRX DX without a bumper support right now and the HF support is cheaper and lighter. I can get a new Honda OEM '88 HF bumper support for $103 while a DX would be $250. I'd rather make the car lighter and be cheap.
