Drilled & Slotted Rotors question
Drilled and slotted are just ways to help cool down the disc and increase brake bite.
The drilled helped with the cooling of the disc. A cool disc is less likely to warp and prevents brake fade.
The slotted I guess helps with the brake bite and releasing of some gasses.
I have drilled on mine, though I know they can break or crack. Not good for racing or heavy usage. Unless it's certified to do so.
Slotted are great, most are ok for track usage and such.
eBay rotors are usually made from premade rotors and they were drilled into. Not too good. I suggest getting some brembo blanks or powerslots. Good luck!

they have a function but nothing you are going to benefit from on the streets. Just go with blanks, I always like Brembo blanks. Drilled rotors also have a tendency to crack near or around the drilled holes. Slotted (and probably drilled too) tend to wear the pads faster as well.
Then get some good pads and flush the system with new fluid.
When I did the brake on my 95 years ago I used Brembo blanks, carbon-metalic pads from AutoZOne (lifetime warranty) and Valvonline SynPower brake fluid. Though the rotors and pads were an improvement, I feel the new brake fluid made the most difference.
