I have owned this car since 2000, and I have taken care of it as well as put it to the test. I have been beating myself senseless on fixing it over and over each time I want to go faster and faster. It's been running strong for over 2 years with the engine in it, and yesterday my oil pressure dropped, and I pulled over and turned it off. I'm sure it sprung a bearing, but I won't really know until I take it apart. I have put at least 25K into this car over the past 7 years in repairs, and tranny's etc. I want to just cut my losses and go buy a brand new 2008 accord. This has been my baby for so long, and I really don't want to give it up, but I'm broke and it's time to move out of this stage in my life, and start worrying about more important things like.. a mortgage, wife, kids, etc. The way it is sitting, I'm willing to sell for $6,500. I know you might think that's crazy to sell a car that doesn't work, but most of you guys that are on here could fix this in a weekend and be back running 12's by the end of the night. I will be willing to fix it over a period of a month, and sell it for $8,700. I really don't know how much it's going to cost to fix this, to it would be dumb of me to charge $1,000 and turns out to be much more. I'm throwing this on here for ideas, and getting some feedback, let me know what you guys think through e-mail and we can work something out, the prices are firm, and the car is in central-virginia. I have the clear-title in my hand, and the car has no lein, and is paid off. jaywoodz@gmail.com
ps, also comes with a genuine Honda-made prelude car cover to fit the car
