can anyone give me the number of the diode that is circled???

that looks more like a transistor to me: if it has three legs, then it is definitely not a diode, I just cant tell from the picture

yep it looks like a transistor...

Fried IAB, huh?

The description on the element is: D1780 K 3X. Just like those aside. I assume it's NEC part.
