Default EJ1 issues

first of all i have a 95 civic ex coupe. The only mods to the supension are lowering springs and a neuspeed strut bar. I know i need new shocks but i do not think those are the cause. At about 65mph while driving on the highway lately the is a strong vibration in the steering wheel about every other second. I have not hit anything or noticed any thing break. The car also pulls to the right so it needs aligned. Could the vibration be just from a bad alignment?

don't bump things after only an hour...

sounds like you need an alignment and probably need to get the tires balanced as well.
