Default I am really happy!!

I jsut installed my cold air intake, thanks for all of the reccomendations and tips you guys gave me, everything went really smooth and it sounds great. It has a much deeper sound, but the great part is, that it is only louder when I punch it, so around town, it is great, but on the freeway it is even better!!!!

I dont know why i didn't get this right when I got my car

Thanks!!!!!!

I like my AEM CAI. IT has a nice deep sound to it at WOT but it is somewhat tame around town too as you mentioned. Have fun!

It is a 97 Civic Ex coupe, and I got a nakayama intake off of Ebay. I dont see any real big differences between this and my friend AEM cai. The both have the same shape and fittings. BTW, mine is a full CAI that goes down past the headlight.

Around town, if I don't give it over 50% throttle, you can hardly hear it, and only would hear it if you knew exactly what to listen to, but over 50%, and escpecially WOT + VTEC, it sounds fvcking incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have gotten one a long time ago, and I would recommend the nakayama, the only downside is that the fittings are yellow But with the money i saved, I can easily buy black fittings and still come out waaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead.

I paid $45.99 + S/H, if you go on ebay right now, you will be able to find the same one, the guy selling it is Sprinter98401, or something like that, really fast delivery!!

Peace

Naw, I know that with my small honda motor, i will get 1-2 hp at the most, but every little bit counts ya know??

Besides, it sounds cool, and it puts a smile on my face everytime i hear is do its thing.

Also, when I let off the gas really suddenly, it almost makes a BOV kind of sound, not as loud, but it does have that sort of sound.
