I'm just wondering if the Euro 1998 Accord type R front grill would fit a US 1998 Accord coupe. I saw a black Accord on http://www.cardomain.com with a grille that I could find no where else but on the Euro 98 Accord type R. Here's the link to the US Accord coupe I saw...

he says it there, it's a euro accord grill, but if you look at his pics it doesn't fit perfectly (look at the amount of chrome visible when the hood is closed compared to open.

so it's probably custom fabbed in there

 

euro accord is smaller length and width wise (think TSX size)
