Velocity stack on my front bumper LOTS more top end!!!! and CHEAP!
Your Comptech Icebox didn't come with the lower ducting and air horn? I had one years ago and it was included with the kit.
you would be better off with just a velocity stack on a 3" short ram, then your intake. with a filter for the street of cource.

Your an idiot, if he has a 200+whp gsr he has to have a valvetrain and cam upgrade... be seriously, what stock head gsr u know makes 200+whp?
Dont be so dumb with your replies.. if he's making 200+whp on a c1 he knows what he's doing.

No. You need something mechanical to get boost. And "ram air" really doesn't work except at a specific vehicle speed and engine RPM. Neat intake "upgrade" on the dirt cheap, though.

I do have the lower duct and horn but its still behind my bumper and sucking still air so i basically extended the horn to the front of my bumper so its getting cold ram air! and my redline is set at 8500 rpm cause its tuned and theres no power after that !

It should read "now in Fifth at 80 mph.....". I thought about it for a minute and I get what natural Aspirations means. In my car(99 Si) in 3rd gear at 83 mph I'm taching 8k. In Fifth gear at 83 mph i'm taching 4500k. So there's no way just by putting on a funnel and some ductwork you magically changed your gear ratios.

lol...at this rate they're going to have to rename this section and call it the "Gong Show Forum"
Its not a (99'' si) and it doesnt magically change my gear ratio's the 4.5 jdm b16 final drive along with its 1st and 2nd gear matched with my gsr 3rd 4th and 5th gears do
.My motor is built from the bottom up and tunned on hondata, if i notice where my rpm's are after putting my velocity stack in driving in 3rd gear going 80mph which to be exact is 5500rpm then its not magic or b.s
its an upgrade that worked really good for my set up. The idea acually sparked when i remembered i made more power with church automotives intake with a velocoity stack which was like 2-3 hp up top but final numbers was my set up which made 204hp 148ft lbs and im not braging about my ride just giving other readers real ideas

You need to read your first post. If you can understand it, maybe we could. Put on a velocity stack, made more BHP, and dropped 3000-3500 RPM. Amazing.

The 99 Si is my car. And if you turn 5500 rpm in Third at 80mph, you must have a really long geared transmission. That's all I'm saying.
