Default Best headlights for rainy conditions

Does anyone know what headlights are the best for rainy conditions? Right now I have a set of wizard xenon h4 headlights. I've had them for a few years and they are still bright, but they don't seem to light up the road very well. They're even worse when it's raining.
I was thinking about picking up a set of silverstar ultras. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

A retrofit will take care of those problems. I have no problem seeing in the rain with mine.

HID is not affected near as much as halogen by a saturated road that just soaks up the light.

a wet road doesn't soak up the light, it reflects the light, that is why it is harder to see the painted lines on the road

You really want to stay away from anything that's "hyper-white" if you're concerned with visibility in rainy or wet conditions. One of the newest high-performance bulbs such as X-treme Power or Night Breaker would be good because of the improved output, but you may also want to check out the Philips WeatherVision (a.k.a. Philips AllWeather), which is specifically designed for use in inclement weather.
