Default Sohc zc (non vtec) pistons and rods

i am pretty sure that all the d's can interchange the internals, reason is i am looking to throw some forged slugs in my zc. i haven't seen any for the zc and i know it is pretty much a d16a6 with a bigger cam. So i want to know if i can order pistons and rods for a y8/z6/a6 for my zc. i'm 90 percent sure it is a direct bolt up just need to know for sure before i drop over a grand. anyone ever build a sohc zc? if so any suggestions on the brand for pistons and rods.

my setup is going to be high compression with 120 direct shot.

Motors are all the same bore, pistons will work np.

double check rod lengths, but i'm fairly sure all the d16 rods are the same length.
