Default Proflex or K-Sport TopOne and how to setup a suspension

Hallo,

i'am thinking about buying a new susspension for my CRX EE8/EF8 and my i have mainly two questions
concerning this topic.

1.) currently i have two susspension kit's i have to choose of: K-Sport TopOne Rallye or a Proflex.
maybe someone can give some informations to the two products above to make my choice a bit more easier.
The main difference (from what i think) beween the two is, that the Proflex has seperate control of low and highspeed settings. The K-Sport only has the ability to set low/highspeed settings together.

2.) Because i have to do my "best" Setting by myself with both products, i need some general technical
informations about suspension settings and their effects on driving behavior. Maybe someone has a good link to me to make some study.

Thanks
Malte.
