Ok so here is my problem. About a 6 weeks ago I got into my car to go to work at it would not start.
I kinda put it of for as long as I could but I was in a really bad accident in my truck so my car is my only means of transportation.

So I tested my spark and there was none. So I replaced my coil andControl module after I replaced it the car started and ran fine I took it to go get some smokes and some oil.
When I got home the car would not start.

I tinkered around with it for about a week and I noticed that a wire in the distributer was cracked and exposed so I replaced it and now it runs fine had it running for about a hour and drove it around the block.

So my question is could the one little wire that was cracked and exposed could have been the problem? It just seems way to easy.

And it was the wire from the control modal to the coil.

that could defitnatly do it if it was exposed enough....

often some of the most anoying problems are the simplest.

 

just seems like a kick in the face because went over that car like 5 times and to have it be something so easy.....

sometimes it's the simple things that get you

take it as a lesson learned
