This guy is not spending $200 - $300 on a new bag + wiring. F that.

You could always get the Type R Momo wheel. It will cost around $450 and the airbag will not function correctly.

yes. it eliminates the seats and the steering wheel turns into a single stage as opposed to the usdm dual stage. a guy did that on crsx.

You can sell me your Ep3 steering wheel. Then use the money that I give you towards a type-r wheel.

A guy on ClubRSX sells them, look in the interior/exterior for sale threads.

His name is DC5 SLIM or something close to that.

as far as not functioning. I made this work on my RSX with the JDM ITR wheel. All you have to do is swap the igniter's. Meaning take your OEM igniter off of your OEM airbag and replace the JDM one. You will have to reset your SRS light afterwards; which only takes two minutes.

The igniter is the piece on the back of the airbag with the plug, you will have to use vice grips to remove the four oddly shaped bolts, but I have done this and it does work completely fine.

there are no extra wires. You just swap the igniter off of your OEM Acura airbag and take off the JDM Honda igniter and just bolt on your OEM Acura airbag to your JDM airbag. (The Igniter is the round device on the back of the airbag with the plug)

Our USDM cars are Dual Stage. I turned the JDM ITR Wheel to a Dual Stage. And the best part is I have no light and a functional airbag.

This is a picture of what I'm taking about.... this is the back of the JDM airbag (Single Stage) so what I did was unbolt the four bolts holding the detonator to the back of the airbag and swap the USDM detonator to the JDM airbag.

EDIT: when I've used Igniter I ment to use Detonator**

aaah got you now.. comes clearer. I was afraid of doing that for the simple fact i didn't want to explode the bag. I'm not an airbag expert.
