Stock fuel rail?

My cousin owns a 99 civic SI and was wondering if my stock fuel rail off my 01 ITR would fit and flow better on his ride. Any opinions on this? Thanks everyone

it will fit, but its gonna be the same flow and everything that i know of .
all be series raisl are the same .
