Have you even TRIED to pass smog or are you simply making this thread with the assumption that you won't pass?

drive for a good 20min first. get the cat hot. then go and hope for the best.
if you are making that much power i'm assuming it is tuned well so i'm assuming it should pass no problem.
but i don't know much on cali's crap.

Most liikley it IS tuned, which is the problem. In an OBD-2 vehicle, they will hook the car up to a scanner to verify communication with the ECU. If you are using and OBD-1 ECU, this isn't going to happen.

Yeah, they definately won't give you that option here. You HAVE to pass OBD2 inspection and you also HAVE to pass dyno smogs in most areas. Some of the outlying areas in the hills and crap like that don't have dyno smog mandatory yet. You can do the two speed idle tests there.

State ref here does the 15 MPH and 25 MPH smog test. He told me that lots of Hondas have a hard time passing the 15 MPH but usually do really well on the 25 MPH test.
