Where do you make the adjustment on these headlights? Normally, there are 2 phillips screws to adjust the left-to-right & up-down angles, but I can't find them (Yes, I feel pretty inadequate).

Please be specific as I suspect the screws were replaced with smallish bolts when repairs were done on the front end years ago.
