Default skunk2 stage 3 or pro 2's??

i have a b16 block with a built gsr head with skunk 2 spring and retainers.. would i be better off with skunk 2 stage 3 cams or the skunk 2 pro 2's? anything would help? why would 1 be better than the other?? thanks for your help.

X2 agreed.


Neither of those cams is a good choice. You simply won't have enough flow below 7.5 K to produce good power.

i know the stage 1 will work but with the head i choose what cams.my buddy told me the pro 2's are the best and will give power through the whole rpm range. can to big be bad? are these to big?

Those cams are most effective on highly built 1.8 or 2.0L motors. On a stock or mild motor, you won't produce as much power as you would with a stg1 or even stg2 cam. You should really try to match the cam with the state of build.
