I just bought this car and the headlights are all out of whack. The drivers side is pointing way to low and the passengers side is way to high. It has those cheesy "halo" headlights.
I tried turning the only adjuster i could find on each light and it did nothing at all.

 

If you have any info please help. This sucks!!!

 

Is the headlight mounted properly? The adjuster does absolutely nothing. It won't even make the aim worse?

I had this same pobrlem when i bought my integra.. but i forgot how to fix it. but i remember asking some 1

 

I guess they are mounted properly.
I have turned the adjusters in both directions and they move the headlights, but not in any way that is helpful.
