Need Smog Help

I need to know of a shop to Smog a B16A1, in a 90 civic, in LA area or Bay Area. Can Any one help? Please email me or reply

if you can find a shop that only wants to see the car pass the sniffer, then use an adjustable fuel pressure regulator turned down to the about 25 psi, hotter plugs, guaranteed to pass.
