Hey, i think i posted this in the wrong section... so please move if needed.
Anyway, i am fairly new to EF9's, well all Honda's really lol and i am going to check out a 1989 EF9 later today [or tomorrow] and i just wanted to know some things i should look for [other then obvious stuff like dents, paint, etc.]. any common rust spots?
the used car dealer said it has faded paint, a small ripy in passenger seat, and the price is 1,800 dollars...
i'll keep everyone updated.

p.s. heres a little introduction. My name is Garrett, but everyone can just call me Sol, i am 16 years old, i [still] need to get a driver's license [lol @ me for not having one yet], i have been interested into cars and racing since i was 12.
My favorite types of racing are
Autocross, Drifting, Gymkhana, and Rally.

whenever you buy used, you always want to check for rust. the typical cancer spots for EF's are on the rear quarter's and sunroof. Also, check the undercarriage for rust damage. Also, these car's are old and have high mileage, so check to see the last major tune-up. Timing belt change, water pump and such.
