That is the gheyesy thing I've ever seen. So basically you're going from stock to open header with the flip of a switch. Last time I checked, I didn't make 20+ HP on my open header...
laught all you want guys this was dyno tested and does ad up to 20 hp on the wheel spin and laughing at it didnt stop me from selling 11 of these last week alone! and 25 to 1 buyer who is going to re-sell them
It just seems *odd* to me that name brand companies spend thousands each year researching and developing top of the line exhaust systems designed to yield the highest gains possible..and then I see something that looks like a limp ***** welded to the side of the current exhaust system that *adds up to 20 hp!!!*. I'm sorry dude but I just can't help but laugh.

as for horsepower ? well .. if your car heavily dependent on the backpressure ...sure it wouldnt do much ... but this setup isnt prone to problems like the setup i had .... sooo if you just want your ride to sound loud and mean with the push of a button .. hook it up ... i loved mine (:

at the legal races, all the large domestic cars have a similar device. they sound mean, but right before they go to the burnout box i see someone flip a switch or two located near the trunk and the car gets twice as loud and spits out nasty black soot.

hey, it makes sense. dump the exhaust before it has the chance to go through a resonator, muffler, and a lot of bends to create backpressure. ever notice how many drag cars have insane manifolds that dump right to the side of the car? same concept, only more streetable because you can have your exhaust closed when you want. i don't know about 20 horsepower, but there is a big difference between an open header and full exhaust when it comes to power. good luck!
