I just filled my 4g prelude and it cost me $95!
Just thought I'd share this with anyone who bitches about the cost of gas in America. I live in Korea and just filled my car up. The gas light just came on and I filled it with premium and it came to about $95usd. My butt is still hurting (not from the cost, but something else, different story). I'm originally from Canada and my friends complain about $1.15/liter (don't know the imperial conversion). Thank God I'm within walking distance to work. I think I'm going to go kill myself now.
How'd you know I'm a teacher? I think the only thing white people do here is teach, or are in the us army. I mostly teach English, but also some math and science. In English of course. Its a pretty sweet gig, decent money, works not too hard. Can't complain.

Daaaaaamn that's crazy. If I ever have to pay that much to fill up my car, I'm selling it and buying a motorcycle cause there aren't any buses that run in my city

What about over $100 per fill?
$1.80/liter here in Poland. Damn Euro crap with their taxes. Let Germans, English sound here
They pay even more (not mention Scandinavian nations- Norwegians particullary)

Pentaq- I knew someone from Europe who join in and tell me not to be a baby! I work with a guy from England and he tells me about their gas. Now that would suck.
tenjintuned- I work mostly with kingergarten kids. They're cute as anything, but somewhere around the age of 13-14 (Korean age, you know what I'm talking about) it looks like someone beat them with an ugly stick. But then by the time the girls hit 20, very nice! I'm 29, so 20 is too young for me, but the women are still hot well into their 30s. What part of Korean are you from?

I've had my lude for quite some while, and I've yet to fill the tank completely. $40 us brings me around 3/4 tank (premium). I miss the days with my old hatch where I'd throw $20, fill the tank completely from anywhere and still have leftovers (geeze, I feel old now
). I'd guess over here I'd spend about $60-ish to fill the lude. $95 is plain ridiculous, and ofcourse the gas prices keep going up! [/RANT]

Ya like that, eh? Just thought I'd threw that in to see if anybody's paying attention. There's no way you could ever be gay over here. Even Elton John would go straight after seeing these ladies.

That's up for debate. Elton John is gayer than green carrots.

Aside from the ME, the US is still the cheapest place to purchase gasoline. All Asian countries average $5-7 per gallon.
Peak oil was hit in 2005. Its all down hill from there... Oil is a non renewable resource. In the future, all wars will be fought over fossil fuels... non renewable resources.
Back to your point. Look at what oil futures are trading at. That should give you a hint as what is coming.

Oh now in Canada we're around 1.05/litre
