Basically what the title says. My h22 feels very sluggish, like im not getting any of the power out of it. In 1st gear it feels good, but from 2nd on up is when it starts feeling sluggish. Going up hills especially. When going up it'll stay at a certain mph (like 35) and wont raise unless I push the gas alllll the way in.

Also something weird with the rpm's. When coming to a stop and the rpm lowers to 1000 it jumps back up to 1500, then it'll come back to 1000.
