I am going to be as detailed as I can be about the condition of the car.
I have had this car for the past 2 years, and it has been garaged and well taken care of. The only mod on this car is a Greddy EVO2 exhaust that is in excellent condition.

The car has never been drag raced or beat on, I am a very conservative driver, the car gets around 28-30 mpg with the a/c on, and 30+ with the a/c off. I have always used 93 octane gas for this car, and the oil has been changed every 3000 miles.

Details :

This is car is factory painted in a rare supersonic blue pearl color, much better looking in person than it shows up on the photos. There are no mechanical problems with this car, a/c is cold, shifts smoothly, no strange sounds. No CEL. Drives PERFECT.

This car has been garage kept ever since I bought it 2 years ago, the previous owner was a girl who traded this car in at the Acura dealership which I worked. Car was inspected and bought by me. I have put about 16,000 miles on the car, mostly highway.

- 60,000 mile full maintenance + inspection performed 9,000 miles ago. (Timing belt, water pump, A/C belt, ALT belt. etc.)
- New Oil change less than 100 miles ago
- New spark plugs
- New spark plug wires
- Tune up done and car inspected for problems during oil change.
- New front window with upper tint in the window (not the taped on type), installed @ 50,000 miles.

The front two wheels come with Falken Azenis (20% left), the rear tires come with Kumho Ecsta ASX (80% left). I will also include another pair of Kumho Ecsta ASX tires (80% left). The wheels are in very good condition.

The not so good :

I will provide pictures for each of the items described.

A lady was backing out of her parking spot about 6 months ago and backed up into my driver’s door, the door was fixed under insurance and you can’t even tell it was done. 100% perfect. This might have caused the CARFAX to not be clean due to insurance, not 100% sure.

There is a rather big cut on the passenger side seat. The drivers seat on the left side has some rips from the previous owner.

The stock CD player gives a reading error whenever it attempts to read a CD, not sure if it’s the CD player or anything else. But the radio works fine. I will include a separate Sony CD deck that I bought before used but never installed.

Whenever you unlock the car, the passenger side lock double clicks. It locks and opens perfectly but just makes a strange sound.

Other than those items the car is in great shape for a 1999. Please refer to pictures.

- LOJACK Security system ($695 when installed), includes 2 keys and 2 remotes. Also lowers your insurance. : )
- Clear side markers that were previously installed but taken off.
- Pair of Kumho Ecsta ASX (80% left).
- Used Sony CD deck
- Used Type-R replica shift ****.
- Blue MOMO pedals (brake, gas, and clutch. Installed on car)
- Professional tint all around car (I believe it was 23%, lifetime warranty.)

I have taken into account the paint and seat conditions and reduced the asking price $400.
