I have a 99 Honda Civic EX that i want to add foglights too but i dont know which kind to get is there better one that others are ebay ones good or are they just crap like must of there stuff. So all in all I need my Honda brothers to stear me in the right derection, if you dont mind?
How much do you want to spend, what color are you looking for?
Do you want driving lights to light up the road, or do you want real fog lights to see in inclement weather?

100-600 bucks and i want them for look but i would'nt mind of they can also work in jacked up weather and i am looking for clear ones with the halo ring around it or just clear ones.
Anything made by Hella. PIAA is decent. Although I have seen some of their **** just die.
You could always do like I did and cut out your front bumper for 6" Hella 500's.
I did that on my old beater CRX and had them hooked to the high beams. Man that was good stuff.

if its for looks, any ebay oem styled ones would give you the "cleanest" look.
if you want to add fucntion to them...
run hotter bulbs, but before you do that, upgrade the wiring to 16-12awg that way you reduce the risk of melted harnesses.

Good info but what the hell is a "ricer". Well are ebay one dicent or are they crap or does it depend on who you buy them from.

the eBay "oem" foglights work just great.

^^^ Those will work just fine and you'll have more light output and you will be able to see better during inclimate weather.
DO NOT run "hotter" bulbs in them because all that it'll do is make more heat and you'll have to upgrade the wires so that nothing is burnt. If you really want, you can get those fog lights and then get either 3000K or 4300K H3 HID kit you'll be all set for brightness and also usability.
