Default What I've been up to..

So.. In case some of you don't know, the ITR race car has gone on to a new happy home after 4 years of great ownership. Probably the only car I've been a little sad to see leave:

And has been replaced by:

and as many of you know since I've contacted you for parts, I couldn't make it without an ITR for long.. so I bought two.. both need help, one a lot less than the other..

here is the first one being delivered:

and this is right after I got the 2nd one home:

finally finished the 92 Prelude Si I was rebuilding, so both are now in the garage and work has commenced..

The one on the trailor looks pretty complete. What all is still lacking on either of the caR's, parts wise?

Mark you ITR lover! Glad to see you will rebuild another 2 ITR's.

I was curious how long until you revealed the new race kaaa.... a PRE-built CRX is nice! Smart Move! I wish I could fit in one with a cage and I would do the same! SOoooo Much cheaper to Race!!

too much fear of wrecking the huge investment ITR race car, quite honestly.. that combined with the fact that I loved driving it, but only got to drive it 6-8 weekends per year and REALLY missed driving one everyday..

as far as how they sit right now, the one on my trailer is fairly complete (it was indeed Ryan's - coolhandluke - shell).. it just needs an engine and seats to be driveable.. it needs a decent amount of body work to be perfect though.. the other is basically totally stripped, but despite some errant spraypaint, the body is pretty clean.. I still haven't catalogged every piece that's missing yet, but it's a LONG list.. i've acquired quite a few parts lately though, so now I just need to clean it up and get to putting it back together..

yeah buddy.. looks like i'll be following you and the mosers around Mid-Ohio next year (again)..

Nothing too major to report.. just putting humpty dumpty back together again.. I have almost everything for the 1st car here, just waiting on a few parts and then it'll be time to order a motor for the 1st car.. I'll try to take some pics this weekend..

btw, Cdn01ITR, I took those taillights off.. they are aftermarket - not OEM UKDM.. if you want them for some reason, let me know, otherwise they'll go on ebay..
