Your motor is burning oil, probley due to a few things. The oil on your plugs is from bad valve guid seals. pull the head and get a good valve job. But if those are bad the rings are most likely junk or will be soon. I say either rebuild the whole motor, or do a swap if you have the money. But bare minimum a valve job. As for your tranny, most trannys will do this. I always put mine in 4th first, then reverse. It has something to do with the guts in the tranny. You need to stop the syncros or it wont want to go in, or it will grind. I may be wrong about the exact reason it does this but it is normal. And your o2 sensor might be bad due to the motor passing so much oil and gunking it up. This might through a check engine light. My advice, fix the motor first, then replace the sensor. Putting a new sensor in first will just ruin a new sensor.

yeah im getting 2K coming in the next 2months and im either gonna get a d15 zc, or rebuild the complete engine that i got now and throw some performance **** in it.... and i was watching a video on rebuilding d15's and they said that u could bore a d15 out to a d16 and use the cam shaft arms and head form the d16 if i bored it out... is that true or a bunch of non sense???

As far as I know you can use the d16 head, but boring the block isn't necessary to put a d16 head on. I think when you bore it, it's so you can use the higher compression pistons from the d16, but for all that work I'd just get the d16.
