Default 99 Civic wheels and speedo question

I just bought a well kept 99 Civic EX with 99k miles. It has the original 14" steel wheels and I would like to put the alloys that were available for it on. Two questions...... Where is a good place to look to purchase a set? .... If I upgrade to a 15" rim from a 14" one, what will I need to do to make the speedo accurate? Is there a new speedo gear available?

The marketplace forums or eBay.

Just get the proper size tires and the speedometer will still be accurate (assuming it's accurate now, with the stock size tires). 195/55-15 is the best matching size; the outer diameter is almost exactly the same as your stock 185/65-14 size (within 0.1 percent). You can also use 205/50-15, which is 1.6 percent smaller, not enough to worry about speedometer accuracy, since it only throws off the speedometer by 1 mph at normal highway speeds.
