Default HELP!! B18B1 OBD1 SWAP in a OBD2 97 EK CIVIC HELP!!!

hey guys, ive been checking on here for about 5 hrs and cant find the answer to my question and was wondering if you guys could help me out.

im doing a obd1 b18b1 swap in a 1997 obd2 civic dx and i need help on what to do with the wiring.

im pretty sure you have to rewire the injectors, dizzy, and alternator plug but I dont know what wires to or what to do with them.
Also i have a obd2a-obd1 jumper harness for the ecu.

can anyone please help me out and point me in the right direcion on what to do.

thanks in advance. i really appreciate it..

just use your stock injectors and alternator from the 97. you will have to get a dizzy tho. everything else should plug up with no problems if the car is a manual trans ex model. if not you will have to do the IAC wire fix,and crank sensor wire fix. you will also have problems with inspection. put a 0bd2 oil pump, crank sprocket for the timing belt, and crank sensor and you should be ok. just swap plugs from the sohc crank sensor with a ls one. im pretty sure thats it.

d series and b-series distributors are totally different, if you cant afford a used dizzy or a new one, then perhaps you arent ready to do a motor swap

if you have the bseries dizzy, all you have to do is rewire it from an obdI to obdII, requires cheap solder and a soldering iron.. you dont need a new dizzy.. just make sure you get the right one or it can fry your ignition module..

I have a B18B1 in my car and i get 250km per tank of gas.

Is the timing too advanced or is it the O2 sensors?

This car was converted to OBD1 from OBD2
