I need someone in the San Diego area only please.
You MUST have a 88-91 Civic or CRX, B16/B18 swap already done. Lowered is fine, BUT, this is a MAJOR BUT, the car MUST NOT have been in a accident. I need a straight framed car.
Here's what you get.
A set of traction bars, installed, and adjusted for 1/3 of what the retail price is. We have slated Retail pricing to be below the Z10 units. Pricing will be discussed upon further review of your vehicle.
I will install, and set the pre-load for you. You are responsible for alignment, and upkeep of course. I expect you to let us know how well the bars work, or don't work.
This will be a legal binding contract.
About our bars -
All chromoly construction, top quality heim joints, and they'll be powdercoated flat black (Not red like the competition) in the final run. Complete chassis bolt up, and replaces the stock crossmember. Has enough room to fit a 4-1 header without modification, and front mount can be welded on at no extra charge.
Thanks for viewing this, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Please contact me at info@nrg-racing.com
In the header line, put AG-Engineering traction bar test
Tell me about your car, mods, HP #'s if you have them, what type of driving you mostly do, and anything else you think would be important.
Thanks.

I'm not in the SD area, but I'm very interested in knowing when you're done and ready to ship.
holy moly....ill pay for shipping fer you to send to jax....ill test it at gainesville the next time i go!!!!....argh...oh well...
finally some competition to drive the Z10 price down. What they charge is rediculous. I've got an original 43,000 mile 90 CRX Si with a B16A transplant. Too bad I'm 1300 miles away. Let me know if you're interested in vacationing in CO.

i'm in san diego w/ an 89 crx dx w/ b16 car wasn't in an accident. the swap was just finished but hasn't been taken to the track yet. you can take it if you want. what kind of traction bars are they. are you changing the front crossmember. why does it have to be b series?
I think the issue with them wanting a B series setup is to check exhaust header clearance and/or A/C compressor clearance. Also, maybe they are going to be looking at the required location/clearance for using the tranny front mount.
All of these are only my own guesses though...if I were designing a new front x-member/traction improver, that's just some of the stuff I'd be looking at...
If you guys are still looking for a donor and you want to come to Denver, I've got all the tools you'd need!

-TJ, you are correct.
The bars are finished with test fitting, and they work great. Just waiting for the joints to come in stock, and the bars to be finished powdercoating.
List will be around $480-$500 so far.

Not SOL, but the testing is finished, sorry. My partner found someone locally with a swapped B18C. His 60' times went from 2.1 to 1.8 on street slicks. The guy was stoked, as are we.
Just a suggestion, but i think you should cut the price down a lot more, cuz if you guys are only gonna beat the z10 bars by like 20 bux when on group buy, then I think everyone will most likely stick with the z10 ones, cuz they've been out longer and has been tested allready, and a lot of people can vouch for them!!
How much below the price of Z-10? The Z-10 EG/KC/DC unit aren't that bad price wise. $350 or so. But $550-650 is damn near outrageous. I'd love to have a set of those things but at that price my god... ya know?
I've just noticed that the Z-10 bars have a motor mount option. I'm not sure if this is just for the stock D-series, or if it also applies to the B-swaps to. Do yours in any way incorporate the same option?

If you want to go apples to apples then here's what it looks like
Z10 - $575
AGE - $480-$500
That's a difference of just under $100.
Then, look at what ours are made of - CHROME-MOLY
Z10 - $950 (for the Chrome-Moly version)
AGE - $480-500
NOW that's a difference of $450 +
We did the research, and feel our bars will dwarf the comp.
As soon as 1 of the bars is done at the powdercoating place, I'll get some digi's up on the board so you guys can check them out.

or These would be nice. These A frame supports are suposed to help tremenously. Would be a lot easier to make than the traction bars.
That would be the ultimate coupled with a traction bar setup!
