Default Best MIG welder under $400

I am wanting to get one for simple little jobs. Nothing to fancy. My budget is $400 for just the MIG welder itself. Im not that savvy in this area so any suggestions would be great. I was maybe thinking of some of these, on Sears website. They carry a number of brands including Lincoln, Hobart, and Craftsman.

Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, if you can find a 220v MIG (even used) for anywhere near that price, get it. If you need 110/115/120v, I've owned a simple Lincoln Weldpak 100 or 110 for years that worked fine for thin stuff, but I realized what I was missing when I recently purchased my Miller DVI² (dual voltage 110/220, pick one and plug it in), it is SO much more powerful...

Oh, and check http://www.cyberweld.com or Indiana Oxygen Supply for great online deals..

Thanks for the info locash. If you could, I have no clue what 220v is. Do normal houses even have that type of power outlets? Or is it an industrial power outlet voltage?

Washer and dryer both use 220 IIRC.
