well if anyone has a vafc II...i just got mine installed...no actualy tuning done yet im doing a street tune with a wideband rather than the DYNO cuase its just cheaper and just as effiencet with basic bolt ons...anyways i was messing with it and found a nice smooth crosssover seeting the low-high vtec at 4800 and the high to low at 4700....very smooth

I'm at 48 and 45. Works fine for me. I'm hopefully going in to have my tuned as soon as I get the car back from the body shop.

4800 should be just fine. On my stock engine it was dyno tuned to 4800, maybe 4600. I might set it to disengage a little lower, just to split the two up a bit.

in most cases, you should be able to "feel" the correct crossover.

smooth = good

my stock motor liked around the original OEM crossover.

sexyvtec88, if your goin to street tune, you need a wideband.

I am running H23, and due to the extra stroke, i get a smooth transition at about 4400-4500.
