i have a ls-v set up in my ef9, but when i try to brake V it wont, i checked the head, and the head is ok, i had some one else check it out and he told me that the oil might be going somewhere else but he didnt know, i need help on what to do?

Are you asking why your VTEC won't work?
Cover the basics: Make sure the

oil line is hooked up properly.
wire connections are good
good ground on the oil pressure switch
clean screen
ECU throwing codes?
Engine up to temperature?

etc etc.
