Do you have to have the controller inorder to use them? also is it hard to adjust the height and the dampenign level? What do u recomend for coilovers? thanks in advance

I moved the original thread into the suspension forum.
Not every post has to be input in the chassis specific threads, honda-tech has about 50 sub sections to handle these inquiries.
