No that's going to be the very easy part. The hard part is getting all that other misc. **** back together (steering wheel, console, etc. etc. - not hard, but tedious).
@ OP:
Offer him 250 bucks, I wouldn't say it's worth anymore than that. For 550 you can get a running POS. That's a no-engine POS.
Difference.

Agreed. It's going to take a lot to get it back on the road, much less the way the OP would like it.
It's going to be a pain in the *** and not worth it for most people (based on their experience).
If you have enough experience to repair this and not lose money on it, you probably wouldn't be posting this thread asking this question. Much less posting up a car you want to get for cheap, and now all these other people on Honda-Tech that might be interested in such a car are now being shown it, by you even.
Is the title even clean?

At the very least, in order to get it on the road you're going to need:
- Engine swapped in
- Doors put on
- Trunk put on
Parts I dont' even see that it will need for the road:
- Core support welded on
- Hood
- Headlights
- Front bumper
- Front wheels
- Taillights

i had my mind thinking when i saw the post on craigslist but i got too much stuff around to do but its a good deal if u have time to work on it
Also the steering wheel is open, doesn't this only happen when the airbag comes out, and that comes out during a accident.
If it's close to you, i would go and have a look otherwise.... i wouldnt start with it...

not to thread jack but if youre talking about whats laying in the middle of the engine bay...i count first off one cam...i notice a single cam timing belt cover...and h22s have the IACV mounted on the front side of the intake manifold
