the brackets holding the projector and the projector itself should be metal, so they shouldn't have melted in the fire. so yes, open both of em up and swap all the necessary parts over. I'm not sure how the balasts mount to the ITR headlights, but i think i remember seeing them on the backside of the projector, so it shouldn't be a problem mounting them. If I'm wrong, then you prob need to find a way to mount the ballasts because the non HID headlight housings probably dont have a place to mount them.

Good luck. swap should be pretty self explanatory.

Instead of swapping all of the guts over, why don't you swap only the damaged parts, ie put the new lenses on the HID housings?

you can try pulling the plastic lense off and see if the internals will transfer and mount into the new housings.

Otherwise, you can can take the projectors out of the burnt headlight, and retrofit it into the non HID headlights. This will require you to cut the projectors out of the old headlights. Cause If I remember correctly, the JDM integra headlights has the projectors and the bracket are one piece.

Or you can pick up some TSX projectors, and do a retrofit in your non HID headlights, and use your existing ballast, ignitor and bulb. and have a better cut off then the JDM hid projectors.
