Default skunk2stg2 cams...LMA question

i have a b16a obd0 people say not to run cams with a lift bigger than .425 with the stock lost motion assembly. i ahve skunk2stg2 cams complete with valvesprings and retainers - i need lma's for the head anyway, can i get by with the prelude ones or do i need type-r lmas?

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=571523

for those that havent read about the LMA differences....

the lift/duration of these cams from what i understand is as follows

IN. 0.469,264; EX. 0.433,259.

use the prelude lma's there cheap. part # 14820-pcb-003. just make sure you use a .040 washer under the new lma's. omniman uses these in his roadracing car..
