Default Brain Dead

Im confused on the whole CRX dash being in a Civic and what wiring harness to use.
I have a 91 Si and used my harness for my B16A and works fine, but im eventually throwing my motor in my new shell which has a crx dash in it.

Should everything be fine - harness and motor with dash wise ?

your dash wiring should not be affected by the motor if installed right, as long as the crx dash is wired up correctly (should be plug-n-play I think) then you good there no matter what motor you run. the ECU is the only place in the cabin that needs to be modified normally.
