650 firm or 600 with your stock set up. Off an ek. These are TWO WAY ADJUSTABLE. that means adjusting the ride height and dampening. They are the tein super street damper. The only reason im selling is im up grading. I can gaurantee they run amazing and if you want them with in the next week or two i can show you them and how the proform in the car. but my other koilovers are going in soon.
