Oh. I misunderstood.
In that case, you probably have to get new arms. I've no idea if a stock bushing will fit.
It's been well documented that the bushings in Blox control arms are garbage.

go back with oem lca's they are probably about 70 bucks brand new each with all bushings in them and should last you another 10 years. Blox is document junk as already said. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

What?
Both rear lower control arms - new from any Honda dealership, equipped with sway bar mounting holes, and pre-loaded with bushings that will last at least 8 years and possibly more - would run him a grand total of $179.42 + tax.
A pair of Blox rear lower control arms, with bushings that are doubtful to last much longer than a year, is $129.95 + shipping.
That's a difference of $49.47 before tax or shipping - meaning that the stronger, longer-lasting OEM arms only cost 38% more, not 100%. OEM arms are also the correct length unlike the Blox arms, so they don't screw up the suspension geometry and track.
The best part about OEM control arms? You can buy the bushings separately.

New OEM rear lower control arms for a '96-00 Civic are $162.82 + tax for the pair . . .
Are you sure he wasn't looking at the trailing arm? Those are $240.67 apiece.

haha I find it humorous how some of these aftermarket parts are claimed to be so awesome and so much better than stock, when in reality they're junk compared to stock.
I still have the same rubber bushings in my LCA's that were put in there in Japan 13+ years ago. Granted they're dry rotted a bit, but they're not nearly as bad as some of these polyurethane bushings I've seen after only 2 years.
I know my original rubber shifter bushings that I took out 5 years ago (8 years old at the time) were not NEARLY as bad as the polyurethane replacements I took out recently after only 5 years of use. I replaced them with new OEM rubber pieces.

I'm sure there are tons of knuckleheads here on H-T that have switched to the blingy rear lca's and would be more than willing to sell you their used oem lca's for less than $50.
Just make a WTB thread and I'm sure you'll get all kinds of hits.
