Default i need a diagram or something for my exhaust -1995 civic 2dr

so my exhaust rusted out and completely fell off. I have a friend who can bend me a entire exhaust but i need some kind of a diagram or at least what type of bends are used so he has a idea of how to make it. any one have any suggestions? and how loud will it be if i use like a 2.5 inch piping with no resonator but still a cat.? i want this to hopefully turn out decent.

You can find a picture here, http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for the OEM system.

You need to think about your emissions test too.

Well a resonator would be up to you. Depends on how your smog is handled. Here it won't pass the "noise test". It won't make it too much louder, but it will be. If your buddy can bend you an exhuast, then chances are he has a shop with a lift that he can make the exhaust...try to get mandrel bent, but crushed will be fine if on a stock car. I wouldn't suggest making an all one piece exhaust...if something leaks, it's gonna need to be rewelded...and you can't replace that one part 'cuz it's all one piece...sucks later..

And about making the piping go under the rear arm, I have seen people do it, but I wouldn't There's a reason honda made it like that. And that part is on the muffler axle back anyways, not the mid pipe. It's up to you though!

yes he does work at a exhaust shop, they do mandral bends. im going to still have the axleback piece 1 seperate piece. we don't have smog here its just emissions to make sure the cat is functioning. its a b18b and i plan to turbo so im thinking 2.5 inch piping. not sure about the resonator though yet.

i brought my car with 2.5'' piping with no cat and no resonator with a d16z6. the previous owner had it turbo'd, but believe me, its gets annoying. i'm actually planning on getting a resonator and welding it on.
