how to change the rear brake pads?

I have a 1997 Honda Interga type R (1.8)............How does one change the rear brake pads?

the piston has to be screwed in. not just pushed.
that's the only real tricky part or part that confuses people?

also the stub in the pad must line up with the corresponding notch in the piston
