? With E-Brake on 4 Wheel Disc Brakes

To tighten the emergency brake do i just tighten the nut under the arm rest?
My car doesnt power slide d=(

Yes, the nut under the armrest. Tightening this wont make you "power slid" it will only wear out / stretch the cables prematurely.
