Start with secondary ignition tune up, cap, rotor, plugs and wires, this may just fix you up, it sounds like the spark is jumping from the plug wires inside the spark plug wells.

Its either loosing spark through a leak or its going lean on heavy accelleration, poor fuel supply, my vote is spark. If you can baby it up to 100 MPH then everything is working, just not on a snap throttle or WOT scenario. Have you taken the coil and ignitor to AutoZone for a free testing.

O2 sensors are slow and dont catch up for a second so I would not blame them, the TPS is the updated version of the old accellerator pump on the carb, it sends the signal to tell the injectors to open up on heavy accel, then the O2 catches up to what is happening, they are for fuel control, not initial fuel delivery (instantaneous).
