the other day I went through this cool puddle in a parking lot, long story short - hydro locked it and fucked it all up.

My question(s) are what should i do to the engine while rebuilding it? i want to rebuild the entire engine, myself, what things can I do to maybe get a few more HP's out of this engine while still keeping the stock ECU? I dont want to reprogram it, cuz that may be more than my entire rebuild.

This entire motor is ganna be out of the car, so that's what I'm asking, while it's out completely what can i do without major changes?
