Default story on 93 hatch w/ h22a swap

so i have a 93 hatch with jdm h22a obd1 motor and im having some issues. I have already searched but cant find my problem.

The problem is while i take off the car starts to hesitate between 2500rpm and up and starts to backfire a little. Once i get into WOT it feels like its a whole new ball game and car starts to open up and around 6500rpm it starts to cut out as if im reaching rev limiter? A

*Im running a P0A F22 accord ecu and it runs "OK' (CEL on for code 41(o2 sensor)

*I have a chipped p28 with h22 program and it runs but worse than the f22 ecu(NO CEL)

*I ALSO have and tried a stock p13 and it runs a little crappy but once it hits 5000rpm vtec starts to kick in and then sort of bogs out

I have checked the timing belt and everything is lined up correctly. im not 100% sure but i think its still running on stock civic fuel pump?

Any help on this issue? I have been going crazy trying to figure this out someone help!

updates....i put in h23 fuel pump and map sensor runs alot better

One thing i noticed was cyl #1 spark plug wire that goes into the dizzy was releasing spark out from the wire everytime i put my hand next to it i would get a shockked lol i replaced the wire and ran good

i now was able to run my p13 and runs good and i feel all the power up top

one and a while here and there it hesistates a little but im just going to have to buy new spark plug and wires.

Is the Prelude and/or Accord ECU throwing a check engine light?

Code 12?

Just curious...

So no code 12 huh? I assume that means you have the EGR system hooked up then?
