jdm power folding mirrors?

jdm power folding mirrors?
any body know how to wire these up? i need instructions for a 90-91 jdm power folding mirrors, generally they come with a relay like piece but mine is missing mine and i refuse to belive no one makes this kinda relay. Anybody wired these things up using anything from radio shack?

have you tried http://www.jdmfan.com i think its in tech... hope this helps
